## Accountabilities You will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel pipeline generation through proactive outreach, qualification, and consistent engagement with decision-makers in healthcare organizations. Your work will directly support revenue growth by booking high-quality meetings and ensuring strong handoffs to account executives. Execute high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage healthcare decision-makers Qualify leads through structured discovery conversations and align prospect needs with value propositions Book and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified meetings to support sales targets and revenue goals Collaborate with AEs and marketing teams on campaigns, messaging, and targeting strategies Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity tracking in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Continuously refine outreach strategies based on feedback, performance metrics, and coaching Requirements: This role requires strong communication skills, resilience, and a proactive mindset suited for high-volume outbound sales environments.
