Must Have
At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales / prospecting / telesales (ideally B2B SaaS), phone presence and comfort with cold calling in English, Structured execution: follow-ups, discipline, pipeline hygiene, Solid product and tech curiosity (you can learn fast and communicate value clearly), Native-level English (or C2)
Nice to Have
Comfortable using a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.), understanding of the UK SME landscape

We're fonio.ai http://fonio.ai. A Vienna-based startup building AI phone assistants that sound like a real person and can handle calls end-to-end. In the DACH region, more than 7,500 companies already trust fonio every day. In just over 1.5 years, we have grown to become the market leader. We're currently adding ~€150k–200k ARR per week. SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE – UK We're growing extremely fast: ~30% month-over-month revenue growth. Today we have 6 Account Executives running 8–12 demos per day, but almost all of that volume is coming from inbound. What we're missing: a structured, predictable outbound engine. That's exactly what we're building now — and we're looking for an SDR to help us scale outbound for the UK market. YOUR ROLE You are the engine of our outbound motion for the UK market. You identify the right target accounts, start conversations with decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn (and other channels), and convert those conversations into qualified meetings and pipeline for our Account Executives. You'll work closely with AEs and Marketing to continuously improve our messaging, sequences, and playbooks. Goal: build a predictable outbound machine that generates qualified opportunities week after week.
