We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage and scale hybrid wellness businesses—whether online, in-person, or both. With Arketa, users can easily manage schedules, accept bookings and payments, build on-demand video libraries, host retreats, and run marketing campaigns via text and email. We also offer fully branded apps and websites, so studios can deliver a seamless, professional experience across every customer touchpoint. We’ve raised $15M in Series A funding and are growing quickly. The Role: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, using creative outreach methods to introduce them to Arketa and demonstrate how we can help their business thrive. You’ll focus on small and mid-sized wellness studios & entrepreneurs, driving outbound sales through high volume phone calls (4-6 hours per day), emails, social media messaging, and other innovative approaches. Your goal will be to build the initial connections with potential clients while managing your pipeline meticulously. If you thrive on connecting with people, love fitness, and are eager to grow your career, this is your chance to make an impact. Your 30/60/90 Expectations: - 30 Days: Generate our minimum of SQLs. Gain product, knowledge, meet the team and refine your sales skills - 60 days: Double our minimum of SQLs and push towards higher volume. - 90 days: Achieve the full monthly SQL quota, and this is just your launching pad… What You’ll Do: - Connect with interested prospects: Reach out to leads from trials, events, content downloads, and marketing
