Full Job Description

## Description Caseware is one of Canada's original Fintech companies, having led the global audit and accounting software industry for over 30 years, with more than 500,000 users across 130 countries and available in 16 different languages. While you might not have heard of us (yet) over 36,000 accounting and audit professionals list Caseware as a skill on their LinkedIn profiles! As a global SDR Team Leader, you will act as the senior point of expertise and best practice for Caseware's SDR function. Based in the UK, you will lead without direct line management responsibility, instead leading through influence, mentorship and expertise across regional SDR teams. You will set the standard for how the regional SDR teams operates - from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation through to tooling, reporting and process improvement - while continuing to contribute individually to pipeline creation.  You will align goals and activities with our global marketing plans to ensure Caseware achieves growth targets and work closely with the global Growth Marketing Directors to maximise pipeline creation.     ❗This is a full-time, permanent position.   📍 Location: This position is remote and available to all applicants residing and eligible to work in the UK.  ## What you will be doing Work closely with the regional SDR teams to provide them with support, mentorship and advice, leading through influence rather than direct line management Be part of the recruitment process for new team members when applicable Provide structured onboarding, coaching and training to new and existing team members across all regions, developing and maintaining SDR playbooks to ensure consistency globally Encourage creativity and strategic thinking for outbound prospecting campaigns to generate leads Share ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to growth Work with the Growth Marketing Director, UK to ensure processes are as efficient as possible Identify, evaluate and pilot new tec
