SDRDR, recruiter, account executive, or staffing sales role, High-volume cold calling experience, Live objection-handling, Track record of booking meetings, Generating qualified B2B opportunities, Comfort engaging HR, Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and senior decision-makers, Excellent spoken and written communication skills, Experience using a CRM, Experience using sales engagement/prospecting tools, Ability to work independently, Ability to stay consistent in a fully remote setup
Nice to Have
Recruitment, staffing, RPO, or HR services industry experience, Experience selling recruitment services, Experience selling staffing solutions, Familiarity with hiring workflows, Familiarity with workforce planning, Familiarity with common hiring pain points, Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Experience with Apollo, Experience with HubSpot, Experience with Salesforce, Understanding of pipeline management, Understanding of B2B sales process discipline

Handle objections confidently
Move conversations forward
Build persona-based outreach approaches
Track and summarize objections
Track and summarize market feedback
Recommend improvements to scripts
Recommend improvements to hooks
Recommend improvements to messaging
Maintain clean CRM hygiene
Follow up with discipline
Partner with recruiting teammates
Align client needs with available talent pipelines
Meet or exceed KPIs for calls
Meet or exceed KPIs for meetings booked
