To further accelerate our growth and strengthen our leading position we are looking for a highly motivated, results oriented **Development Sales Representative** for the **Iberian market** to join our team **in Barcelona**. As a Webfleet DSR, your goal is to build new customer relationships throughout Iberia market by prospecting new SME. Our DSR mainly initiates contact with midmarket companies across several different channels and evaluating business needs. Success as a DSR requires motivation, persistence, and the drive necessary to begin new and meaningful business relationships. **Your Day-to-Day:** * Our sales developers identify and nurture new business opportunities. They are a key member of the Webfleet sales team. * Hunt prospects using smart researching, outbound emails, and messages and most importantly outbound calling to build a healthy pipeline of prospects * Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase interest in Webfleet Solutions products * Work closely and collaboratively with marketing on outreach campaigns and events * Use LinkedIn & social selling to create awareness of the advantages of implementing a fleet management system * Share and create industry relevant content socially promoting our brand, becoming an online BMS ambassador * Use Google alerts and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to self-gen prospects * Log all mandatory and optional data in the correct manner in Salesforce, our internal CRM * Attend 1:1 and team meetings, as well as our continuous training sessions. **What you bring to the table:** There is no set route to become part of Webfleet.
