We work with founders, executives, and talent leaders who need a trusted partner to help them attract and hire top talent in competitive markets. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help introduce Elly to more companies and generate new business opportunities. About the Role As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Elly, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting. This is a true hunter role. You'll spend your days identifying potential clients, researching decision makers, making cold calls, sending targeted emails, engaging prospects on LinkedIn, and creating opportunities where none previously existed. You'll be speaking with founders, CEOs, Heads of Talent, HR leaders, and hiring managers at growing companies to uncover hiring challenges and introduce them to Elly's recruiting solutions. Success in this role comes from persistence, curiosity, strong communication skills, and a willingness to pick up the phone.
