Role Overview The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will drive new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting, cold calling, and strategic meeting booking across multiple channels. This role sits at the top of the revenue engine, qualifying prospects and handing off pipeline-ready opportunities to the closing sales team. The SDR is a critical growth driver, directly impacting the company's ability to scale. Location Fully Remote (Work from Home) | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Key Responsibilities Outbound Lead Generation & Cold Calling - Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads and book meetings with target prospects. - Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to maximize prospect engagement. - Research and identify potential prospects aligned with the company's ideal customer profile (ICP).   Lead Qualification & Meeting Booking - Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria and organizational fit. - Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team with precision and follow-through. - Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and follow-up activity in CRM systems.   Pipeline Management & Reporting - Manage and track leads through the full qualification process from first
