Role: Sales Development Representative Hours: Monday - Friday. 9AM - 5PM MST Our client is a U.S.-based digital marketing agency headquartered in Salt Lake City. The company has been in business for over 7 years and currently employs 13 full-time team members. They specialize in helping home service and home construction companies grow their revenue through Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Ads, SEO, website development, CRM systems, and content creation. Their clients include roofing companies, HVAC companies, plumbers, general contractors, and custom home builders—many generating between $50M to $150M+ in annual revenue. The company is not a startup; it is an established, profitable, and rapidly growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to home service and home construction business owners across the United States. Their primary goal is to connect with decision-makers, generate interest in our client’s services, and schedule qualified appointments with the company’s senior Account Executives. ### Responsibilities * 200 cold calls per day (minimum) * 3-4 quality appointments booked per day * Using our proven cold call script and talk track * Following up with leads via phone, text, and email through our CRM This is a phones-up, high-energy, high-volume role. You will be on the phone all day.
