**This role is for one of the Weekday's clients ** Min Experience: 3+ years Location: Mumbai JobType: full-time **Requirements** **Role Description** * **Develop a qualified pipeline** You will be responsible for managing the top of the sales funnel. This includes researching target accounts, identifying key decision makers, and executing multi-channel outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls. The objective is to secure qualified meetings for our enterprise account executives. * **Manage a target account list** Each Sales Development Representative (SDR) will cover a specific territory, segmented by region (North America, EMEA, APAC) and industry vertical (media & entertainment, direct-to-consumer, agencies, studios, microdramas, FMCG, consumer brands). You will be expected to gain a deep understanding of your accounts and customize your outreach accordingly. * **Conduct discovery conversations** Qualify both inbound leads and outbound prospects by identifying use cases, understanding budget and timelines, and scheduling meetings that lead to conversions. **Build the playbook** As part of an early-stage enterprise team, you won’t be following a standard, templated approach. You will experiment with messaging, sequences, and communication channels, then document effective strategies for the team to use. * **Maintain close product knowledge** Provide video walkthroughs to prospects and demonstrate the platform during initial calls when necessary.
