The Role As a Sales Development Representative at LearnLux, you'll generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, building the pipeline that fuels growth. This role is for someone who's successfully done the SDR job before. You'll be measured on qualified meetings held. This role is remote within the U. S. with an expectation of conference travel several times per year. This role reports to the Director of Sales. What you’ll do Research target employers and identify the right decision-makers within the ICP (ideal customer profile). Build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences, continuously testing messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
