What You Will Do - Research accounts and prospects using a mix of AI-powered tools and traditional sources to understand their business context. - Engage prospects across email, LinkedIn, and phone with relevant, thoughtful outreach. - Hold meaningful conversations that uncover real problems, priorities, and timing. - Qualify interest and determine whether prospects are a strong fit for Joist AI. - Schedule meetings and provide clear, well-structured handoffs to Account Executives. - Maintain accurate activity, notes, and next steps in HubSpot. - Use feedback from conversations to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach approaches. - Continuously learn new tools and workflows to work more effectively and efficiently.
