Must Have
1+ year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, sales development, or a comparable customer-facing role, Ability to pick up new tools and processes quickly with minimal guidance, Organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage follow-ups and priorities, Resilient, consistent, and comfortable engaging new people
Nice to Have
Experience in the AEC sector and/ or construction technology, Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools, Comfort working with AI-powered sales tools and an eagerness to adopt new signals and workflows developed in partnership with our GTM team

We partner closely with customers to simplify their demanding workflows and support faster, more efficient pursuit operations. What You Will Do - Research accounts and prospects using a mix of AI-powered tools and traditional sources to understand their business context. - Engage prospects across email, LinkedIn, and phone with relevant, thoughtful outreach. - Hold meaningful conversations that uncover real problems, priorities, and timing. - Qualify interest and determine whether prospects are a strong fit for Joist AI. - Schedule meetings and provide clear, well-structured handoffs to Account Executives. - Maintain accurate activity, notes, and next steps in HubSpot. - Use feedback from conversations to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach approaches. - Continuously learn new tools and workflows to work more effectively and efficiently.
