SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR) Lehi, Utah | Full-Time | Start Date: ASAP OTE: $70,000 ABOUT BROCCOLI Broccoli is building the AI operating system for home service businesses. We work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other home service companies to help them capture more revenue using AI-powered voice and customer communication tools. Our AI assistants answer calls, book jobs, follow up with leads, and help contractors never miss another opportunity. We’re backed by top investors including YC and Khosla Ventures, growing rapidly, and helping hundreds of contractors modernize their front office operations. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive pipeline growth and connect home service businesses with the future of AI-powered customer communication. This is a high-impact role for someone who is hungry, coachable, competitive, and excited to grow in tech sales. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and leadership to identify opportunities, generate meetings, and build relationships with contractors and operators across the home services industry. If you enjoy fast-paced startup environments, learning quickly, and having a direct impact on company growth, we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, email, text, and LinkedIn outreach - Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify strong fit opportunities - Book demos and meetings for Account Executives - Research accounts and personalize outreach messaging - Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and conversion rates - Learn the home services industry and become an expert on Broccoli’s AI platform WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development - Strong communication skills — especially over the phone - Highly motivated, competitive, and sel
