Full Job Description
**📍 Location: London (office 3 days/week)** **🤝 Team: SDR Team** At Blink, we build digital workplace experiences people actually want to use. Our platform transforms intranets into dynamic, personalised hubs that keep workforces connected, informed, and engaged — wherever and however they work. We partner with some of the world's leading organisations like Domino's, JD Sports and McDonald's making sure they can reach their entire workforces and build cultures where people feel informed, included, and inspired — and we're just getting started. ### The Role Blink is already on an explosive growth trajectory in the UK. We are now ready to accelerate further this by adding to our sales development team. We have a great team already and we'd love for you to be a part of the journey! Working together with our founding teams In Boston and Sydney, you'll be helping to rapidly grow our customer base globally **Key responsibilities include:** * Gaining a strong understanding of the Blink product, the market and value proposition. * Undertaking research to Identify key contacts and prospects. * Generating leads with an outbound focus, using a blended approach of phone, email, and online channels to promote Blink and our services. * Proactively qualifying leads against a specific criterion, identifying their current solution and If their needs align with Blink. * Set up discovery calls and demos with the Account Executives. * Work closely with the wider sales and marketing team, to ensure there is consistency and collaboration in your approach. **Requirements** ### About you Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is ambitious and wants to develop in a fast-growing company.
