Must Have
Proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role, Prior sales experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry, understanding of B2B sales cycles in regulated industries, Experience in outbound prospecting (cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn), Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar, attention to detail and ability to work within compliance-sensitive environments, Highly target-driven with a proven track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs
