## Description Sales Development Representative (SDR) Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Nairobi Time) Type: Full-time Main Focus • Outbound telesales: high daily call volume, cold calling, appointment setting. • Lead generation: qualify prospects, schedule quality meetings for Account Executives. • CRM management: update records, track pipeline, ensure smooth handoff. • Objection handling: build rapport, create urgency, position value effectively.
