Must Have
1+ year of sales development, lead generation, or business development experience
Nice to Have
Experience working across international markets or diverse regions, outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling and strategic outreach, Ability to navigate ambiguity and build pipeline in less structured or emerging markets, Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage a global audience in English, Highly organized and able to manage multiple countries, campaigns, and priorities simultaneously, Experience using Salesforce and a Sales Engagement Platform like Salesloft, Self-starter mindset with a focus on learning, adaptability, and ownership, Passion for education and improving outcomes for teachers and students

Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Regional Partnership Managers (RPMs), Marketing, and regional partners such as LTM to build pipeline, develop new markets, and expand Seesaw’s presence across the region.; Collaborate with RPMs, Marketing, and partners like LTM to align outreach with regional priorities; Support partner-led opportunities by helping generate and qualify pipeline in key markets; Collaborate across teams and regions in a dynamic, growth-focused environment

The Team As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) supporting the MENA region, you will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Regional Partnership Managers (RPMs), Marketing, and regional partners such as LTM to build pipeline, develop new markets, and expand Seesaw’s presence across the region.
