Full Job Description
**Archer Solutions** is looking for**proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representatives** to join our growing team. In this role, your main responsibility is **outbound lead generation and lead qualification** , ensuring that only well-qualified opportunities are passed to the Sales Manager. You will work on both **inbound and outbound leads** , using structured qualification methods, outbound tools, and AI-assisted research to identify high-potential prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Qualified leads will be reported to the **Sales Manager** , who will assign them to the appropriate sales team member. You will then support the sales team by **coordinating and scheduling meetings and client visits** , and following up with prospects during the early stages of the sales cycle. This is a **field-oriented role** , requiring regular client meetings, participation in exhibitions and industry events, and active engagement with prospects. You will also play a key role in **continuously improving lead generation and qualification processes** based on feedback from actual sales outcomes. _**Key Responsibilities**_ * Identify, research, and target potential clients aligned with Archer’s ICP * Execute outbound prospecting activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other tools) * Qualify both inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria and business fit * Use outbound tools and AI-assisted methods to enhance lead research and qualification accuracy * Report qualified leads to the **Sales Manager** for assignment to the sales team * Coordinate and schedule meetings and client visits for assigned sales team members * Follow up with prospects to ensure attendance and smooth progression into the sales process * Maintain accurate and disciplined CRM records for all activities and pipeline tracking * Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies * Continuously improve qualification quality based on
