Our sales team is opening those doors every day. The Role We are hiring for our inbound sales team in Montreal. As an SDR, you will work the leads that have already raised their hand: companies that visited our site, downloaded a resource, or came in through a partner. Your job is to qualify fast, understand what they actually need, and convert that interest into a booked meeting for an Account Executive before it goes cold. You will handle around 60 calls a day, and the difference between good and great is how well you listen on each one. Handle around 60 inbound calls daily, qualifying leads from website, marketing, and partner channels Respond to new inbound leads quickly and move prospects from interested to booked before momentum drops Ask the right questions to understand each prospect's situation and match them to the right Account Executive Keep your pipeline clean in Salesforce and follow up on every open thread without being reminded Partner with Marketing and AEs to flag what quality looks like from inbound and help sharpen lead scoring over time You Have Must-have: Experience in a fast-paced, people-facing role: inside sales, customer success, hospitality, retail, or anything that built your ability to qualify quickly and communicate cle
