Through targeted outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, you'll generate a high-quality pipeline for our field sales teams. This means researching accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and earning meetings with decision-makers at organizations that need what Rubrik offers. This is a launchpad role — built to develop you into a full-cycle sales professional. Our SDRs receive structured coaching, ongoing training, and a defined career path into closing roles.
