The Brief

“Sales Development Representative - French Speaking at Hiya. Skills: Outbound prospecting, French market, Discovery conversations. Own end-to-end outbound prospecting across the French market. Conduct discovery conversations that uncover business pain”

What You'll Achieve.

Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for Meetings Attended and Stage 1 Opportunities; Build trust and credibility with Account Executives, Marketing, and Enablement; Strengthen Hiya's market position in France by refining outreach messaging, improving conversion rates, and sharing insights

Eligibility Requirements

Ability to work from our London office a minimum of 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday), Travel required up to 10% (may include travel for event support)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Native or fluent French and English language proficiency, Proven outbound prospecting experience in a SaaS or B2B technology environment, Demonstrated success conducting cold outreach and qualifying opportunities, Verbal communication and cold-calling capability, Comfort handling objections and navigating resistance professionally, Experience conducting structured discovery conversations that uncover business pain and connect it to value, Demonstrated resilience, coachability, and accountability in performance-driven sales environments, Consistent organizational habits and CRM hygiene (Salesforce or equivalent), Ability to work from our London office a minimum of 3 days per week (Tuesday–Thursday)

Nice to Have

Experience selling into French-speaking markets with knowledge of local business culture and buying behaviors, Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, or intent platforms, Background in telecom, cybersecurity, or related B2B technology environments

What You'll Do.

Own end-to-end outbound prospecting across the French market

Conduct discovery conversations that uncover business pain

Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities

Execute 50+ daily touchpoints

Partner with Account Executives on territory planning

Maintain rigorous Salesforce hygiene

Contribute to messaging refinement
