Role Overview The Sales Development Representative will serve as the first point of contact for inbound leads, guiding potential clients through the initial stages of their roofing or construction project with warmth, professionalism, and curiosity. The Sales Development Representative will conduct targeted market research before each call to personalize conversations and ensure every lead feels genuinely heard. This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer care, and research - making it ideal for someone who thrives on building meaningful connections and driving pipeline quality.
