## Description Sales Development Representative (Education Services) Client Industry: Education Services Client Location: USA Assistant Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST Role Summary The client is hiring multiple virtual assistants to take on the role of a sales caller responsible for outbound phone calls to secure hosts for classes. These classes are free and aim to increase the frequency of educational sessions across the country. The VA needs to effectively manage and follow up on bookings, leveraging their skills in phone communication and familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram. The sales process is simple due to the classes being free, but requires diligence in follow-up and maintaining relationships with hosts. Goal To hire 6 sales representatives for booking and managing educational classes, to expand to a larger in-house or virtual team if successful. Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1) Make outbound phone calls to secure class hosts in various regions. 2) Maintain and follow up with hosts to ensure class schedules are kept, and cancellations are minimized. 3) Update and manage CRM or internal data systems to ensure all contact and class scheduling information is accurate.
