YOUR ROLE You own our entire French-speaking top of funnel: from first contact to qualified demo handoff to our Account Executives. And if you've got what it takes, you'll have a clear path to becoming a closer yourself within a few months. WHAT TO EXPECT - Qualify the leads our marketing generates every day - Multi-channel outreach: phone, email, LinkedIn, and testing new channels - Build sequences: form hypotheses, test, measure, improve - Actively shape SDR processes in a fast-growing startup - Onboard new customers - Top-performing SDRs have a real shot at moving into an AE role within months WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Native or C2 Dutch; Fluent English - 1+ years of sales experience, ideally in outbound or telesales, B2B SaaS preferred - Naturally competitive, driven to maximize output, and motivated by uncapped commission - Willing to temporarily relocate to Austria (around 1-2 month in Vienna to soak up our culture) WHAT WE OFFER - €60,000–90,000 OTE (base + uncapped commission) - Fast-track path to AE - Equity: you help build it, you should own a piece of it - Equipment of your choice - Regular team offsites HIRING PROCESS 1. 15 min intro call 2. 30 min skill interview with our CCO Alex, including a call simulation 3. 20 min culture call with our Founders
