What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Mid-to-senior level experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, Proven experience working with or selling into the Australian market, understanding of Australian construction, infrastructure, logistics, or equipment hire industries, Proven track record in lead generation, pipeline building, and opportunity conversion, Familiarity with Australian tendering processes, project pipelines, and procurement practices, Ability to identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers, Excellent communication skills for professional outreach and proposals, Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented, research and analytical skills to uncover new opportunities

What You'll Do.

Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities across infrastructure

Track major project pipelines and identify early-stage opportunities for engagement

Identify key decision-makers and companies awarded primary contracts and initiate outreach strategies

Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and sales opportunities

Support and coordinate the preparation of quotes

and pricing submissions

Drive outbound prospecting efforts through research

and strategic engagement

Maintain accurate tracking of leads

Provide actionable market insights to support sales strategy and positioning

Collaborate with internal teams to align on priority opportunities and conversion strategies

Support marketing efforts (e. g. LinkedIn updates) to strengthen brand presence and credibility
