We combine the world's most widely used Applicant Tracking System with a full HR suite — giving companies everything they need to hire great people and help them thrive. We're looking for an SDR to join our London team and help bring Workable to more of the businesses that need it. **What you'll do** You'll be the first point of contact for companies exploring Workable — researching accounts, sparking conversations, and turning interest into pipeline. Day to day, that means: * Identifying and researching target accounts and the right people within them * Running outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn * Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking meetings for Account Executives * Keeping CRM records clean, accurate, and up to date * Working closely with AEs and Marketing to sharpen messaging and run campaigns that land **Why this role** You won't be pushing a product people don't want. You'll be selling something businesses actually need, backed by a team that knows how to close. **Requirements** **What we're looking for** We're open to people early in their sales career — what matters most is that you're curious, organized, and ready to put in the work. **You'll need:** * A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * Up to a year of experience in an SDR or BDR role (or a strong case for why you're ready) * Hands-on experience with a CRM to track activity and keep pipeline clean * The right to work in the United Kingdom **Nice to have:** * A track record of outbound prospecting — finding the right accounts, finding the right people, and getting responses * Comfort running outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn * Experience qualifying leads and booking meetings for an AE team * Familiarity with Salesforce * Genuine interest in HR tech — you don't need to be an expert, but curiosity about the
