Experience in a sales, SDR, business development, or account support role (B2B preferred), Comfortable working in a small team with broad responsibilities and high visibility, Interest or exposure to marine, defence, industrial, or adjacent sectors, communication and relationship-building skills, Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities, Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis, Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
