What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or equivalent sales role, Proven track record of generating an outbound pipeline from scratch, Skilled multi-threader, Consistently hit or exceeded outbound-specific metrics, reaching 90%+ quota attainment, Naturally curious and confident, Business acumen, Great energy, Bias toward action, Thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments, Collaborative and coachable, Proficient with sales tools like Gong, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator, Know how to build and optimize sequences that actually convert

What You'll Do.
First point of contact for Versapay in the customer value journey
Qualifying contacted customers for continued engagement with sales teams
Evaluating customer understanding of problems and readiness to address issues
Proactively prospect new potential customers through phone
email and social media
Make contact and create interest in Versapay
Schedule deeper discovery calls for the sales team
Generate and stimulate buying interest with lead nurturing
emails and building collateral/assets
Manage and overcome objections
Document success in Salesforce Lightning CRM
Ensure data in marketing automation is complete and up to date
Gain exposure to all aspects of a sales cycle
Collab on best practices
Work in lockstep with the marketing team
Support lead gen programs from pre-program planning to data entry and post follow-up and tracking
Help with tradeshow/event logistics and support
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work with teams across the business, including Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, Enablement and Marketing; Partner closely with AEs on account and territory planning; Raise the bar for the SDRs around you; Work together to improve lead quality; Collab on best practices; Work in lockstep with the marketing team
