2-5 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or equivalent sales role, Proven track record of generating an outbound pipeline from scratch, Cold calls, cold emails, social selling, and creative prospecting are second nature, Skilled multi-threader, Consistently hit or exceeded outbound-specific metrics, reaching 90%+ quota attainment, Naturally curious and confident, Business acumen, Great energy that people gravitate toward, Written and verbal communication skills that cut through the noise, Bias toward action, Thrive in fast-moving, evolving environments and adapt your approach without losing momentum, Collaborative and coachable, Proficient with sales tools like Gong, Salesforce, or Sales Navigator, Know how to build and optimize sequences that actually convert

Nice to Have

Experience selling into the office of the CFO is a big plus, Understand the compliance considerations, buying cycles, and stakeholder complexity that come with the territory

What You'll Do.

Being the first point of contact for Versapay in the customer value journey

Qualifying contacted customers for continued engagement with our sales teams

Evaluating their clear understanding of the problems we solve and their readiness to address these issues

Proactively prospect new potential customers through phone

email and social media outlets

Making contact and creating interest in Versapay

Scheduling deeper discovery calls for the sales team

Generate and stimulate buying interest with lead nurturing

emails and building collateral/assets to share

Manage and overcome objections

Document success in Salesforce Lightning CRM

Ensure data in marketing automation is complete and up to date

Gaining exposure to all aspects of a sales cycle

Collab on best practices

Work in lockstep with the marketing team

Support lead gen programs from pre-program planning to data entry and post follow-up and tracking

Helping with tradeshow/event logistics and support
