This role is ideal for commercially driven professionals who thrive in structured environments, enjoy complex B2B conversations, and want to build a long-term career in sales. **About the Role:** In this opportunity as a **Sales Development Representative** , you will: * Prospect for new sales opportunities, develop a pipeline, & closes opportunity or may not execute renewal contracts. * Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities and passes them to an appropriate resource. * Hit or exceed your monthly and annual targets and maintain consistently strong performance at 100% of your YTD goals. * Work closely with the Sales Representatives assigned to you to align prospecting strategies and coordinate efforts with Training, Marketing, and Account Management teams. * Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using a structured outbound sales process. * Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities within CRM and sales tools. * Develop strong product knowledge to clearly articulate business value to US-based customers. **About You** You’re a fit for the role if your background includes: * Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree. * 2+ years of B2B work experience in prospecting, sales, lead generation or preferred experience in software/SaaS market. * Excellent verbal and written English communication. * Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and influence over the phone, email and video * Strong interpersonal skills (personable and professional) * Ability to handle and ov
