The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying, generating and qualifying for new business opportunities for the sales team across Mexico and the U.S. This role will be responsible for building a high-quality sales pipeline through the qualification of inbound inquiries and actively sourcing, researching, and engaging with potential new leads. What You’ll Do: * Conduct market research to identify target customers, key contacts, and decision-makers for each prospect. * Proactively identify and engage potential customers through outbound phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other channels to generate qualified leads for Shiji solutions. * Qualify and process inbound sales leads from events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns promptly to ensure timely follow-up. * Assess sales leads based on desire, budget, authority, and need criteria, scheduling appointments with the Director of Business Development and sales executives. * Reach out to potential customers to encourage their participation in Shiji-hosted events, fostering engagem
