_**What you'll do: **_ Our company is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to help us grow our business in the audio-visual (AV) industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and maintaining our showroom presence in South Florida. * Desire to educate customers on display technology, in a showroom, office, or job site location. * Identify & develop new business opportunities. This will be accomplished by reaching out to potential clients, attending industry events, and participating in networking opportunities. * Drive business impact by conducting lead generation and innovative campaigns to attract customers. * Ensuring all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner. * Grow existing accounts clients by providing excellent customer service and offering new products and services. * Maintain CRM for contact details and to support pipeline management. * Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals. * Work closely with the marketing team to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns that promote our products and services. * Manage the showroom and ensure that it is presentable, stocked, and up to date with the latest AV technology. * Meet corporate and sales objectives. * Perform other related duties as assigned by management. **Requirements** _**What you'll bring: **_ * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * 2+ years of sales or business development experience required, preferably in the AV or other Technical Industry * Professional and consultative approach with strong interpersonal skills * High energy, sense of urgency * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Familiarity with AV technology and industry trends * Proficiency in Microsoft
