Must Have
C1 level English minimum, 1–3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or inside sales role within a B2B environment, Demonstrated comfort with high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, Hands-on experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, Highly organized and self-disciplined, Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting activity and outcome-based targets, Basic data fluency, Exceptional C1 or above English communication skills, both written and spoken
Nice to Have
experience with a sales engagement platform such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo
What You'll Do.
Own daily prospecting and lead qualification activities
Drive qualified pipeline for the sales team
Execute high-volume outbound outreach across calls
Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria
Run prospects through multi-touch cadences
Personalize templates and test messaging variations
Maintain accurate CRM records for every lead touched
Manage lead handoffs according to lifecycle rules
Provide regular pipeline updates to leadership
Share real-time prospect insights with Marketing and Sales
Actively participate in team trainings and call reviews
