About the job OpenTable is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our Mexico-based team and help restaurants maximize their revenue potential through our industry-leading technology. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective partners, identifying growth opportunities and securing strategic appointments for our Account Executives. You will join a high-performing global team dedicated to championing the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional experiences for both diners and venues. By mastering outbound prospecting and lead qualification, you will play a critical role in expanding OpenTable’s footprint across Mexico and ensuring the long-term success of our restaurant partners. Note: This is a hybrid position based in Mexico City, Mexico. Responsibilities Drive regional revenue growth by identifying and generating high-quality sales leads through proactive telephone prospecting. This is not a sales position. Partner with the Restaurant Marketing team to execute targeted lead generation programs and distribute persuasive sales communications. Manage the end-to-end lead hand-off process to ensure Account Executives receive well-qualified opportunities that exceed customer expectations.
