This position must research potential customers, connect with and educate prospects on our product offerings and qualify the leads before passing them to the sales sales team. The primary focus will be to turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with marketing and sales to create and execute on program and inbound lead generation campaigns. The individual in this role will be expected to track all relevant information regarding qualification and lead management activity in (our CRM) Salesforce.com and (in our Sales Automation Tool). Responsibilities: Identify and qualify prospective customers who are a good fit for KnowBe4’s range of products and services (including Egress) Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing generated leads Develop and implement outbound
