In this role, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, responsible for identifying potential customers, initiating meaningful conversations, and qualifying opportunities. This is a critical position for an individual who is passionate about communication and eager to build a foundation in professional sales within a supportive and driven environment. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage with potential clients. * Manage high-volume outreach through cold calling, professional networking, and email campaigns. * Qualify leads by understanding their business needs and assessing alignment with our solutions. * Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team. * Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead statuses in our tracking systems. * Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified appointments and pipeline contribution. **Requirements** * Proven experience in a customer-facing role (sales, retail, or hospitality). * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * High level of resilience and a positive attitude toward handling rejection. * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a busy daily schedule. * A competitive spirit and a desire to meet and exceed performance metrics. * Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities over the phone. ###
