Must Have
Proven experience in appointment setting or high-volume outbound calling, Exceptional verbal communication and a "strong" phone presence—must speak clearly and professionally, Active listening the ability to have authentic conversations without sounding robotic or script-dependent, Experience handling sales objections (e. g. , "It’s too expensive" or "I need to think about it") while maintaining a helpful, consultative tone, High organizational discipline with the ability to take detailed notes and manage daily tasks independently, Availability to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST), A high-energy personality with a natural ability to motivate others and build trust quickly
Nice to Have
Previous experience as a receptionist or coordinator in a medical or wellness clinic, Familiarity with Keap Pro or similar CRM software, Knowledge of or interest in Naturopathic Medicine and holistic health practices, Sales experience in a service-based industry
