We need an English-fluent Sales Development Representative with exceptional relationship-building skills and a believe it's possible mindset, who never stops improving, and is constantly learning the customer and giving the product team feedback, available to work remotely. Are you the professional we are looking for? Key responsibilities Lead capture and prospecting Search accounts, identify the main points of contact, and generate interest. Prospect new deals, open market to Account Executives Contacting potential clients through calls, both warm and cold, and emails Communicate our value proposition in a pitch to potential customers Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of outbound phone and email campaigns Create and maintain a database of contacts of current and future customers Data entry of prospect and contact data in the CRM database Engage with your prospects to build trusted relationships by providing insights tailored to their specific needs and interests Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them Review the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time Collaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team members Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for client to demonstrate performance of campaigns; analy
