We’re looking for a driven and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own one of the most important parts of our revenue funnel: prospecting previously approved customers who did not move forward, and converting partially completed financing applications into full submissions. These are a blend of warm and cold leads - SMB owners who’ve started the process but haven’t crossed the finish line or reviewed a prior offer and didn't move forward. Your job is to pick up the conversation, uncover what’s holding them back, build urgency, and help them complete their revenue-based financing application.   This role involves engaging in fast-paced conversations, addressing objections in real-time, and consistently driving measurable results through lead conversion. We are looking for an individual who is wanting to kick-start their career in a highly transactional, fast-paced sales environment.   IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: - Speak with business owners to assess goals, address questions, and present funding options as a solution to their business needs - Master a high-volume auto-dialer environment, maintaining the stamina to deliver high-quality pitches on the 100th call of the day as effectively as the 1st. - Educate prospects on our product, the submission process, and the value proposition of our funding - Drive urgency and clear call-to-actions to maximize submission volume - Track lead activity, status, and outcomes in Salesforce - Collaborate closely with the Manager, Direct Sales, Mark
