About the job This role requires a driven individual who can achieve and exceed targets while supporting our Southern Europe Sales function. Based in our Milan office on a hybrid basis (in-office a few days per week), you will play a crucial role in generating quality pipeline that converts to revenue. You'll work with both inbound MQLs and conduct outbound prospecting to key accounts. What you'll do: Research target accounts and contacts to identify key decision-makers and understand business challenges Prospect and generate qualified opportunities through outbound activities including cold calling, personalised emails, and social selling to Mid Market accounts Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), conducting discovery calls to assess fit and buying intent Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives, ensuring proper handoff with detailed oppor
