Conga is looking for elite Sales Development Representatives who are ready to operate at the Enterprise level — hunters who don’t wait for leads to fall into their lap, who treat the phone like a weapon, and who understand that every conversation is a chance to change the trajectory of a deal. If you’re the type who reads sales books for fun, studies your prospects before the first dial, and refuses to miss quota, we need to talk. THE ROLE As an SDR at Conga, you’re the tip of the spear. You’ll own enterprise-level outbound prospecting in a defined market segment, executing high-volume, high-quality multi-channel outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video. You’re not just filling a pipeline — you’re building it from scratch, qualifying decision-makers, and handing revenue-ready opportunities to our sales teams.
