What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1+ years' experience in a sales or outbound contact centre environment, A track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a performance-driven environment, Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels, Resilience and a positive mindset when navigating objections and maintaining momentum, attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, Flexibility to work until 8pm on occasions to support campaign activity, A satisfactory National Police Check, Verification of unrestricted work rights in Australia (e. g. citizenship, passport or birth certificate), A valid driver's licence (onsite school visits are part of the role), A valid Working with Children's Check (Employee)
Nice to Have
Experience using a CRM or sales tool (HubSpot preferred, but not essential), A tertiary qualification in business, communications or a related field, Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS or a high-growth scale-up environment

Convert leads into product outcomes for existing customers
Connect with decision-makers at schools
Understand customer challenges
Demonstrate how Compass can help customers get more from the platform
Engage existing Compass customers through outbound campaigns
Identify needs and articulate the value of our products
Actively monitor and achieve individual conversion performance against targets
Practice active listening to understand customers' goals and challenges
Deliver high-quality advice and solutions
Consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences
Identify opportunities for growth
Develop and maintain a understanding of all Compass modules and effectively communicate their features and benefits
Keep up to date on outbound campaign development processes and proactively sharpen your sales techniques
Contribute to team success by sharing common customer queries
challenges and key insights
Capture activity status accurately
Own the end-to-end customer experience
Proactively capture and share feedback to enable continuous improvement across campaigns
