Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and is passionate about sales, communication, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling. Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and timing. Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives. Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline activity within CRM systems. Research target accounts and personalize outreach strategies. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and quota targets. Stay informed about SaaS industry trends, competitors, and product offerings. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
