## Description Promenade (formerly BloomNation) is revolutionizing how consumers interact with multi-billion dollar industries. We’re growing fast, and we need a Sales Development Manager who is ready to double down on our success. As we scale our SDR organization, you’ll partner with our current leadership to manage and mentor a high-octane team of 8+ SDRs. This isn't a "sit back and watch" role—you’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle of your team, from scouting top talent to refining the playbooks that drive our revenue.
