The primary responsibilities for our next Sales Development Manager will be to: Make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of the construction industry and Hilti's evolution as a leading software provider in the industry Responsible for the strategic and operational management of your customer base: planning customer acquisition measures, arranging customer appointments, advancing strategic initiatives, creating sales offers, negotiating contracts and expanding accounts Presentation and sale of state-of-the-art software and services digitally and on the phone (if necessary, also on site at customers) Create, maintain and close deals through outbound qualification Implementation of meaningful software demonstrations in front of potential new and existing customers Effectively collaborate with Marketing to build a quality opportunity pipeline Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets We’re looking for our next Sales Development Manager to have the following skills and experiences: Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales role and/or in a project management role within the construction industry Very good knowledge of Czech and English Excellent diagnostic,
