Must Have

2–4+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in SDRDR management at a SaaS company, Proven success leading teams to achieve and exceed pipeline generation or revenue targets, Worked for a US-based, or global company, collaborating with distributed teams, Demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales talent, raising performance across a team, analytical and data-driven management experienced with CRM and sales engagement tools, Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that drive measurable outcomes, Experience collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience
