Boulevard is looking for a Sales Development Manager to lead a high-impact, sales-focused team of Sales Development Representatives across the U. S. This role is responsible for developing and executing a forecasting strategy while continuously educating and coaching outbound SDRs to ensure over-performance against quotas and key performance metrics. This person will develop leaders, future Account Executives, and help Boulevard’s sales strategy; all while instilling a strong culture of accountability, learning, and performance.
