The Role We are launching a high-intensity lead generation initiative to accelerate merchant acquisition for our acquiring and banking business. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based environment driven by volume, relationship-building, and measurable results. You will be responsible for developing referral partnerships, generating new business opportunities, and serving as the primary representative within your assigned territory. ## Key Objectives Secure signed referral agreements with agents and partners to generate a high volume of new business opportunities. Drive a consistent referral pipeline of newly incorporated companies through targeted monthly acquisition goals. Maintain regular face-to-face engagement with assigned agents and referral partners. Increase awareness and adoption of the company's acquiring and banking solutions among partners. Achieve acquisition and referral activation KPIs through effective relationship
