Full professional proficiency in Italian and English, A proactive approach and enthusiasm for building a sales career, Resilience and the ability to navigate objections, Experience (or a desire to be in a role) picking up the phone and the ability to engage busy decision-makers professionally, Building familiarity with the modern sales stack, specifically AI tooling (Claude & Gemini), Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesloft, A self-starter mentality with an openness to feedback and a desire to constantly improve your "game.", The ability to stay focused, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high-volume outreach in a fast-paced environment, Active listening skills and the ability to map EcoVadis’ value directly to a prospect’s commercial goals and ROI, A results-oriented mindset focused on data and conversion metrics

What You'll Do.

Spearheading business growth by identifying and converting leads into sales opportunities

Researching market trends

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the buyer journey

Driving New Business through outreach (LinkedIn

Conducting high-level discovery and educational calls with Senior Executives

Qualifying leads using MEDDPICC

Articulating the importance of CSR and sustainable supply chains

Researching target accounts and mapping key decision-makers

Partnering with Marketing and AEs to develop localized call strategies

and targeted lead lists

Managing full funnel activities including follow-ups

Managing all activity in Salesforce to track performance

and over-perform against quota

Leveraging social selling and representing EcoVadis at industry events
