What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Finance or equivalent combination of education and job experience, 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics field, Proficient in Salesforce Reporting, Tableau, CRM Analytics, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel, Experience using SQL, Experience using Python for data analytics, Can communicate in a clear and structured way
Nice to Have
Fintechanking experience is a plus, Familiarity with Sales Processes (lead prospecting, lead conversion, pipeline prioritization etc.) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Transform complex data into actionable insights
Build dashboards and reports
Partner closely with business stakeholders to provide analytical guidance for performance and strategy
Understand sales processes and metrics required to evaluate individual performance
technology efficiency
and maintain reusable and robust reports in Salesforce
and Excel that track various KPIs as well as business performance
and productivity gaps
Conduct root cause analyses to understand impacts of different variables on KPIs and translate those insights into actionable information about impacts to the business
and other documents as needed
Provide assistance to the Sales department by independently developing insights and recommendations

Tell compelling stories with data to drive the adoption of analytical insights
